Hello
Quick q on SEN tribunals- we have ours on the 11th. It's on a point of law and a relatively minor issue around failure to seek advice and information (in this case from SLT) and then making any corresponding provision. The LA then also refused to consider a private SLT report. I've just re checked the bundle and while almost everything is in there, I submitted an email chain to Sendist with the initial form (a whole year ago!) which was correspondence and a complaint to the LA on the same. This isn't in the bundle as I don't think I sent it separately to the LA. Will the tribunal have those attachments from the original form in front of them as well?
I think the LA are panicking now as they have been haranguing the SENCO (who is 100% supportive). I can do a SEND7 form for late evidence but the tribunal do already have it so not sure if it is relevant. We've also just done the AR (LA didn't attend) which supports the need for SLT so I could possibly submit that at the same time?
I'm really happy to give evidence orally and they might capitulate early anyway. The LA have also not sent the final WD which I believe they are supposed to do 10 days before the hearing so not sure where that leaves them either.
I'm confident about the actual hearing as it's all quite straightforward, just wondering if I need to send extra documentation at this stage.
Thank you!
