My DS is 6 is none verbal autism ADHD. The first year we really struggled with him been dis regulated and violent. Since going in to Y1 he is managing better.

over the last 3/4 weeks another child with high needs has been attacking him. Leaving bad scratches on every occasion the school havent noticed the incident happen. Ive spoken to the head and pretty much fobbed off as my child never told them when it happened but he can barley talk.

i feel like they are not safe guarding him and im sending him to get hurt.

is there anything more i can do

Request a meeting. Follow up with an email so you have a paper trail. Keep the focus on DS's safety rather than the other child.

The school needs to provide more supervision to keep DS safe. If they need to request an early review to add provision to F to do that, then that is what they should do. (You could also request an early review.)

You could request the risk assessment.
