hello had anyone come across this term who can explain what it means day to day.
CAHMs said it's to support children who are autistic or have a learning disability

The DSR is about identifying and supporting those with ASD &/or LD who are at risk of a hospital admission. It is supposed to ensure a person’s risk level is known, ensure they get the support they need, improve communication and information sharing, and prevent unnecessary &/or inappropriate admissions.

What in means day to day in practice depends on the individual circumstances. For some, it means very little day to day. For others, it means they receive much more support than they were previously.
