Ear defender recommendations

Hello. My 10 year old Ds is finding it impossible to eat with anyone due to severe misophonia. Christmas dinner looks to be very difficult. 😞 be said I’ll get him some ear defenders and was hoping for some recommendations please. We have tried Loop earplugs and they did nothing.

We all have Bose noise cancelling headphones. DS1&3 also have ear defenders which we got from a local independent hardware shop - I asked which they would recommend after trying some others aimed at disability that didn’t work.
