Ehcp final evidence deadline

Please can someone give me some advice as I’m overwhelmed by the process and was due a call back from SENDIASS but this has been cancelled and date set to after my deadline so no use now and I waiting for them to fully explain what to do.

Tribunal is for refusing to issue a plan.

I just really need to know what I should be sending for this. I have a few new emails from doctor, camhs, OT etc which I can send to the LA and tribunal.
I understand I need to do that but should I also be giving a written update as to our situation and explaining evidence etc?
Is there anything else I should be including?

I have tried reading the guides on ipsea but I need something more simple step by step

You can write a position statement. As a very basic description this summarises your case.

Without seeing the emails, it isn’t possible to say if they are helpful for proving an EHCP is necessary or not. And without seeing your case, it isn’t possible to say what, if any, other evidence you should send.
