AuDHD, Dyslexia, Slow Processing, possible dysgraphia. Private diagnosis.

School have said all along DC has NO SEN and are hostile towards offering support and I know will resist going down the EHCP route.

I don't know where to start.

You don’t need the school to agree to going down the EHCP route. You can request an EHCNA yourself. On their website, IPSEA has a model letter you can use.

Also, once school returns request a meeting with the SENCO. They must make their best endeavours to meet DC’s SEN, and they must make reasonable adjustments. To not do so is disability discrimination.
