It's not a surprise, most of them are. Had a summary phone call, letter to follow but the upshot of the advice is "get her into school more"
Wow. Wish I'd thought of that.....

Appeal.

If DD is unable to attend school, is section 19 provision in place?

Definitely will appeal. No section 19, school were not exactly helpful over the last couple of years. About to start secondary so we'll see what next year brings, they are already more supportive so I'm hopeful

It is the LA who is ultimately responsible for s19 provision. IPSEA has a model letter you can use.
