Safe space bed?

Does anyone have one of these and are they any good? I’ve just emailed them to enquire, I have 3 children, a 10 year old boy and 2 girls 4 and 3.. my 4 year old daughter is autistic and has very violent outbursts. We have just bought our 3 bedroom house from family so at present moving isn’t an option.

At the moment because of her unpredictable and violent behaviour our 3 year old is still in our room for her safety. I’ve seen the safe space bed and I might be wrong and I’m happy to hear people’s opinions. But I thought if we bought one it might solve the bedroom issue because they could share if my 4 year old couldn’t actually get to her sister while they’re in bed? She also head bangs and flails her body around, and we often find her on the window sill in the mornings at the moment.

is this a viable option? At the moment I don’t actually mind my 3 year old being in my room but I know it’s not going to work forever

DS1 had a safespace bed when he was younger. He has a different specialist bed now.

Has DD had an OT assessment? That can provide a specialist bed if necessary. There are charity grants too.

Have you looked at a disabled facilities grant?
