How is everyone’s neighbour with the noise of stimming and not sleeping. We’ve sound proofed we try and minimise noise as much as possible I have two kids on the spectrum 5 and 7.
i think we’ve come to a bit of a impasse with our neighbours. I have explained about the children and their specialist school have offered to put something together to try and sort of explain better. However meltdowns still happen and they need to stim even when they are regulated they both do vocally stim.
i totally understand my neighbours point of view but I can’t change the kids nor do I want too. However it’s escalated and she keeps banging on the wall and has reported us to social services about 5 times now 🤦♀️.
both our properties are mortgaged and we are unfortunately joined to them. My nerves are so bad feel like walking on egg shells in my own home.
if anybody knows what could be done from our side I’ve tried my best but it’s getting harder and harder not to lose my temper 🤦♀️.
