SEN support role experience

What to expect the first few days in a support role in a SEN school ? I am looking to start work in a SEN school; I have experience in mainstream schools only.

What to expect is going to vary significantly depending on the type of SS and the specific support role you have been employed for. Have you not discussed the role and duties during the application/interview process?
