BPD would not and should not be diagnosed at 6.

Trauma and ASD can go hand in hand in a number of cases.

You might find this article a basic starting point. You might also find the Coventry Grid helpful to look at - it is based on attachment difficulties vs ASD, but sometimes the signs of attachments difficulties and the signs of trauma can look the same/similar and some find helpful to look at.

Find a SALT who specialises in autism (sorry don’t like the disorder label) and get an assessment. We weren’t seeing a fobbed off with trauma for years after a paediatrician assumed I was neurotic. It was autism and it was SALTs who could see it when schools and everyone else told me they didn’t see any issues… good luck
