Got a 20 month old, has a developmental delay in communication recognised and goes to speech therapy with really extreme tantrums (talking all nighters, hours and rather aggressive)
I've been told a few occasions to record it..(guess they can't tell if it's exaggeration or pain response or what till they see)
It feels wrong to do that when she is so distressed..so is it OK to do for doctors? Won't it seem awful mummy-esque? Have you ever had to do it to get help and support?
