DLA acceptance letter

Does anyone know how long it typically takes (at the moment) to get a letter/text confirming they have received your application? (Child). Online says 2 weeks, I'm at 4, appreciate it's been Christmas, wondering whether to call or if this is normal.

If it's been over 4, they should resend it to you if you call and ask.

I would give it a couple more weeks, especially with Christmas, before calling.

I sent application a week before Christmas and got confirmation that it had arrived this week, so just within the 4 week time frame.

Sorry didn't come back to this, literally got the letter the day after I posted this!
