To home educate or not ?

My sweet boy has started Nursery 2 hours every morning before he starts full time school in September.
We had to change schools as he wasn't receiving the care needed after all arrangements being agreed.
He's a Gestalt Language Processor and has no functional language , suspected ASD.
He started his new school this week and I fear we're having the same problems.
His sleep has started to become interrupted again as well ( awake from 2:30am and will very likely stay awake until bed time)
I feel like home schooling would suit him better ?? But I have no idea how I'd begin the process
Any advice ? Anyone in the same situation ?

Personally, no, I wouldn’t EHE. Instead, I would pursue support via an EHCP. Does DS already have an EHCP? If not, request an EHCNA using IPSEA’s model letter on their website. If he does, have you had a review recently? What support is in the EHCP?

He has an IDP is this the same thing ??

An IDP isn’t exactly the same as an EHCP, but it is the nearest Welsh equivalent. And instead of EHE, I would pursue further support via the IDP. Rather than IPSEA, who only deals with English law, have s look at SNAPCymru.
