Relocating (same LA) before/shortly after tribunal (Section I appeal)

Hello,
We are currently in the process of relocating due to having to move closer to work. We have the possibility of moving closer to our preference school which the LA did not name as it is currently almost 2 hour travel.

We are currently appealing Section B,F and I of the plan and our hearing is early next year. The school the LA named is OK but does not fully meet our daughter's needs we feel and once relocated would mean the same travel time as our preference school currently. Our preferences school expressed they could meet needs. Will moving close to our preference school (within 15 mins travel distance) be considered by tribunal (even if not fully complete/still in progress)?

If possible, it would be better if you move prior to the hearing. SENDIST is likely to give a move that hadn’t happened (and thus may not happen) significantly less weight.
