How long after the CAHMs assessment do you get the results?
I'm sure they probably told me but I was so internally stressed from it all I couldnt really take in any more information! ( I was diagnosed with ADHD last year and have recently been diagnosed with ASD )
My DD ( almost 10 ) has had an appointment every month for the last 3 months with CAHMs, she did the Q somthing test? Sorry I cant think, she can a band round her head and had to do something on a screen, I've done the developmental part and the most recent one was her ADOS test
They said at the end that they just needed to add up the scores and then we would know what support to give her but they did say that she is definetly neurodivergent and all the way through they have re assured me that they can see what I can see ( I've been very worried she would mask and wouldnt get the help )
I wish I'd of asked ot listened if they had said how long it takes, her appointment was only on the 7th so Its not like ive been waiting ages, I just dont like not knowing 🙈
