help filling in the dla form

hello everyone, i am from the surrey area and i was wondering if there was any charitys or people that help fill in the dla form? im really struggling and i dont want to get it wrong thankyou

You can use Cerebra’s guide that is available online.

If you want someone to physically help you, try CAB.

You can also go to the Belay Foundation who offer a youtube service breaking down the sections to help you. Think there is a cost but they offer a payment support service. Good luck @Reaxxx
