Probably more than a year ago I got a body tube for my teen with AuDHD - it's been really useful and provides a brilliant deep pressure all-over-body-hug when needed.
We need a second one but I can't find the website I ordered it from. Every single thing I can think of to search for comes up with these ultra-stretchy bodysocks (blue picture screengrab) and this is totally not what we need.
The one we have isn't stretchy. It just about stretches over the shoulders when worn but it's tight, you couldn't put your arms out like that - which is precisely the point. DC vehemently does not want one which is so stretchy you can starfish in it.
The one we have also has an "envelope fold" end so that the feet can be freed for the wearer to shuffle around without removing the tube. (see photo of grey existing tube). It's about 6 feet long and about 45cm wide when hanging loose, and you can stretch it to about 60cm wide but no more.
How can I find the right thing? Does anyone else have one that isn't the big stretchy one, and is there anything different that I should be googling for to find the right one. Annoyingly (but obviously given sensory kids needs) there is no label!
