I’m a little worried about my 19 month old, she flaps her arms and walks on her tip toes, she can only say around 5 words she has also started to do a few animal noises, she can’t use a spoon for fork only if I load it for her, also her temper is bad when she’s angry she will bang her head and headbuts us I’m due another baby in 2 months I’m so nervous how she’s going to react

If you are concerned you should speak to the HV and/or GP. Although lots of what you post can be typical for some toddlers. You could also look at the MCHAT and Ages and Stages Questionnaires.
