Sad Cry GIF by TRT

How do I get a child disability Social Worker when the state social workers are preventing me from having one
I have four autistic children and I am high functioning myself. I was homeschooling and now I am told that I cannot.
I want to get services for them but I have had to go on child protection under a false allegation of neglect unintentionally is not true but this is what they said I would get services like short brakes and befriending for the children I am absolutely distraught by the amount of meetings and the way things are getting twisted all the time. I have no advocate and I am being violated against my own rights not to mention being discriminated for my health to. Please can anyone help? I am a desperate single mother.

The threshold for Disability social workes is very high
They are also using the same legislation and if you're on a child protection plan then this will need to continue anyway.

Are they on CP or CIN
You don't have to comply or consent to any of this.

You have PR, Is this about educational neglect ?
You do need to evidence what you are doing for HE.

How are you managing to HE 4 children all.wirh additional needs? I have 4 bio lkds and custody of my niece. It would be so half for me

You could try to speak with Cerebra and Family Rights Group.

Social workers from the LA’s children with disabilities team are still state social workers. They are just from a different team. If your DC are on CPP, the lead social worker is unlikely to change to a social worker from the CwD team at this point.

Do DC have EHCPs?

When is your next child protection review conference? What about core group meetings? Have you asked about an advocate? If you feel you are being discriminated against &/or reasonable adjustments are not being made, you can complain.

Child protection is not voluntary. If an SAO has been issued, ignoring that can lead to further action too.
