Stuck indoors

Just wondered if anyone else like me has spent the majority of the summer holidays so far stuck indoors?
My daughter 6 years old is autistic and has developed severe health anxiety which is worsened by any kind of transition.
Her younger sister 5 years old also autistic has been so accepting of being imprisoned/or having to leave any attempted outings within half an hour of going out.
But it’s still tough on all of us as older daughter is still having periods throughout the day of panicking and pacing when we’re inside.
Unfortunately we dont have access to a private garden either as in a first floor flat.
Not looking for any advice but just wanted to know if anyone else has spent the summer holidays so far on house arrest?

I really hear you! My son is 6 and is autistic and he loves to be at home so we are mostly going to be stuck inside for the summer… I also find going out with him really stressful as he can be very unpredictable and aggressive so often it just doesn’t feel worth it. I do feel like I’m going a bit insane though as I’m happiest outdoors!
