Toothbrushes. with timers

I’m looking for toothbrush for DS who has ASD and SPD. Do the toothbrushes with timers make any noise atall?

The electric Oral B toothbrushes we have vibrate after 30 seconds which makes a noise but not like a beep.

Oral B are fairly quiet and have 30 second timers, so you know when you’ve brushed for two minutes. The i0 also has a colour feature that tells you if you’re brushing at the correct pressure. Green is good, blue too soft and red, too hard.
