Help with adulthood annual review.

DS is heading in to year 10 in September; he’s been in a special school since primary 6.

I have his adult preparation echp review next month and I’m unsure how I should prepare for this. Could anyone help with what questions I should ask or what I need to get in to sections B and F?

DS has academic ability to sit exams but is very anxious and struggles in the world.

For PfA this website, this checklist and this booklet are helpful resources. They will help you think about what is covered by PfA, the golden thread, outcomes. What specifically needs to be in B, F, E will depend on DS’s needs.

You mention primary 6? But also an EHCP? Are you in England and mean Year 6? Or are you in Scotland and mean CSP?
