Hi can anyone explain to me the dates here. I'm confused by what on or after the 15th mean as I am due to have a payment on the 7/05 for my daughter's award just before it ends and her new one starts. I would prefer to not ring up because I feel like it's not as confusing as I think it is🤣

You should ask MN to delete your photograph because you can see the personal details on the letter.

The letter means the new rates apply from the 15th May including that day.
