SEN Inclusion funding

We have received SEN inclusion funding but we can only find the days we need in a nursery out of the borough we live in. Can we transfer the funding to the borough the nursery is in? Or do we need to reapply for funding with the new borough?

It depends on where you live and the LA the nursery is in. For example, will not give early years inclusion funding to DC from Leicestershire but attending a setting outside of Leicestershire. They say the provider has to apply to their LA. But they will fund out of area DC who attend a Leicestershire provider. Same for N.Yorks. Whereas, Reading say out of area DC attending Reading providers must apply (or rather the provider must apply) to DC’s home LA.
