So I had a letter in feb asking for my child’s birth certificate for ID a long with a letter stating my claim had been scanned. I sent my child’s birth certificate to the same place I sent her form (free post dla child) or something like that as it didn’t have an address on the letter and it’s been over a month and they still haven’t received it. Luckily when I registered my daughter’s birth I got 3 certificates. I’ve phoned dla again asking for the address but I couldn’t hear a word because of so much going on in my house, and I don’t want to risk losing another birth certificate.
does anyone have the address that I’m supposed to send the birth certificate too? I’ve looked online and can’t find it anywhere. The lady on the phone said something about a handling site in Wolverhampton but can’t find it anywhere.
