Any child resident in England is eligible for an EHCP (as long as they meet the SEND requirements, obviously).

However, I thought you were British citizens as per your previous messages, so it wouldn’t be a problem for you anyway.

i saw some other countries now wont accept immigrants with kid who have autism …. So I am doing some research about this .
