My son is 5 years old and was born a very poorly child with his organs in the wrong place and his heart is back to front. He has had 6 open heart surgeries with his last being palliative. His life expectancy he won't reach adult. He struggles with his breathing and needs to be monitored. His feeding his poor and his development is age 3 not 5.
I got my son into a sen school which they are brilliant with him.
My ex is now saying he wants our son out of sen and into mainstream! I really feel he won't be able to cope.
What do I do? I am getting alot of horrible comments saying I'm holding our son back in life and being selfish and that he needs to be out of sen.

I am sorry your ex is adding unnecessary stress. I would ignore him. If he pursues it, ultimately it may need the family court ruling on it, but if DS’s needs are significant enough to already have a SS named in his EHCP (or equivalent plan if not in England) I doubt he will get far.

How is your ex contacting you? If it's by text, change your number and make contact email only and channel into a special folder. Then look at the emails once a week (or get a friend to) and only reply to anything factual.

There is no way you should change your son's school.
