Hi I wondered if anyone could help me with assesing some results. My daughter did a Dyslexia screener in school, and the results came back that she was probably not dyslexic however some of the test was very low and the rest only just on average. The senco told me she may just be a low achiever- which stressed me a bit as she's actually quite intelligent very imaginative, but just struggles with the actual school work on paper- especially maths. She also has selective mutism and so is now being referred to a speech and language therapist. I'm just a bit worried about the visual search part of the test as the senco said this is to do with how you process Information. I'm worried that because its not showing as dyslexia that she will just be left now and should I still be pushing them or should I just accept the screener for what it is. Thank you
