Tribunal Hearing Next Week - Any Tips?

We have a first stage hearing next week, requesting Eotis, although I doubt we will get it. The LA solicitor is very aggressive and not upfront with what's actually the law. I am feeling very wrong footed and cry when frustrated/cross which I don't want to do. I would be grateful for your top tips, how did you get through it?

Try not to panic. Remember the majority of appeals are upheld. You can do this.

During the hearing, if you need 5 mins, ask.

Ignore the LA’s games. Even if it is frustrating don’t get bogged down in previous dealings with the LA. Don’t interrupt even if the LA does.

Check the bundle is complete. You would be surprised at how often it isn’t or isn’t in the right order. Make sure you know your way around the bundle. Whatever works for you - annotation/bookmark/sticky tabs/your own index/colour code. Work out whether you find the electronic or paper bundle easier to work with.
