Anyone got some positive PDA stories?

Really worries this is what’s going on with our 4 year old. Hard not to blame ourselves. How does it look later on? It just feels so negative.

My daughter is awaiting an asd diagnosis but myself and school believe she's autistic with very strong pda traits and she's hardwork!
I've also got an older child with classic autism and severe learning difficulties and he's 200 times easier to parent than her.
She's only 9 but I'm already dreading puberty and hormones ☹️
