My son. Is autistic and a massive gamer.

At 13 I notice how he can't regulate his emotions the more he games. 24/7 if I let him.

I've recently introduced a time 'two hours a day gaming'

And it's helping however he feels I'm being too tough on him.

It’s hard to say without knowing more details, but I’d say hold the line. Two hours a day is still a lot. And it’s not the gaming itself, but all the other things that he could be doing, or might end up doing, if he’s not gaming. Good luck!
