Tribunal process question

Can anyone advise as I've had conflicting information.

I have submitted send35 form for appeal and the deadline for evidence is next month. The LA want me to give my reasons for appeal and what I want changed by tomorrow. I was told I did not have to do this and that's the point of going to tribunal, I also haven't finished collecting my evidence so there's things I may potentially not know yet.

LA have been aware for the past year of complaints and what I want changed but will not resolve them and it needs to go to tribunal.

You don’t legally have to send outstanding information and evidence a month early. Don’t feel pressured into rushing to submit early. Although it is generally a good idea to remain in discussion with the LA to resolve the dispute. There is always the chance the LA will concede. Between previous discussions and the LA already having a copy of your appeal documents, they should have a fairly good idea of your reasons for appeal, so you could reiterate those.
