I’m waiting for a decision on my DDs EHCP. It is due next week (she has already been assessed).
At the beginning of the process, I was told I would have contact from a case worker rather than the administrative team only once the plan is at writing stage. I called the team and asked for an update this morning and was told they’re unable to give me a decision over the phone but I’ve been allocated a case worker who will be in touch to communicate the decision soon.
I don’t want to get too excited, does this likely mean DD will be given a plan? Would I need a case worker to tell me it’s been refused as a standard template letter could come from the administration team?
I am sending DH , DD and the DCat scatty with my impatience to find out.
