I have Expedited my case due to being a year away and the LA have agreed to it being expedited, as they have broke so many laws etc that sensdiass says they really wouldn’t want to go to court .

The LA have finally accepted my daughters need EOTAS, which covers section f
but I’m doing an extended appeal and want included reports from asd , salt , ep and ot .
judge has accepted these but tribunal looks like date is going to be in May now not November so my question is can I fast track a asd assessment and ot as these two are outstanding and needs to be on the final EHCP when we go court. Not shore if this makes much difference but I’m Cornwall.

hope I’m making sense

Do you mean independent assessments or via the LA or NHS? Was an OT assessment not part of the EHCNA?

You can ask SENDIST to order assessments. This is far more likely for an OT assessment than an ASD assessment. Although this could result in the hearing being pushed back as the timings as quite tight.

I’m not sure whether I’m misunderstanding but in case I’m not OT, SALT etc. provision are educational provision and should be in F.

Only assessment done during EHCP was EP.

on my form when submitted to tribunal I asked for an asd and ot and salt to be ordered and was granted but hasn’t been done yet .
I find it hard to write this stuff down sadly.

If SENDIST’s order hasn’t be adhered to you can enforce it.

That doesn’t mention OT. It isn’t an order. It is the issues SENDIST will make a determination on. If SENDIST have ordered an assessment it is legally binding and can be enforced.
