We’ve had an email from LA saying that they agreed to an EHCNA for our child. The letter attached to the email however says next steps are for the LA SEND panel to review the application and decide if they will assess based on the application and feedback from other agencies and school. This will take a further six weeks.
Are there effectively two stages in the EHCNA application process? I’m ever so confused…
