My DD8 has been referred by school to a paediatrician. I'm advised the wait list can be 2 years up, which puts her into year 6 and really worries me.
I am looking at how we can afford to asses privately but it's not something I can do right now.
If we apply for a EHCP, and they agree to asses, does that speed up this process? Do they then asses her for ADHD?
She has dyslexia also that was diagnosed privately (but not by and Ed psych)
