Hi, I am looking for staff who work in any form of SEN school to take part in research.
This is an online survey. I am a Trainee Doctor of Counselling Psychology, that has worked in alternative forms of education in various roles. I am passionate about supporting the well-being of the staff within these types of settings.
Current research has not focused on the needs of staff, leaving many staff feeling stressed and resulting in high turnover rates.
