my sons got a ECH plan, and for some reason they sent it to my old address, but i moved from my old home in 2017and they knew that, but the lady who lives in my old home said she didn't read it ? it was the covering letter that had my old address on. but i'm not happy what if she did read it?.i'm fuming.

You could complain to the LA. You could also report the breach to the ICO, but unless there is either more to this or a long list of previous breaches it’s likely they will close the case without e.g. fining the LA.
