My DS who is Autistic tends to get flare ups of eczema like symptoms in his creases, such as his elbow/back of knees ect. In the past we have tried various creams to try and sort it, changed washing powder ect. but nothing ever really helped, after awhile it would go away by itself. However when he gets this DS begins to struggle as it irritates him, especially at bedtime, this then affects his ability to cope at school as he gets tired and then disregulated easier. He absolutely hates having any creams applied aswell. I haven't been to my GP yet as it's such a nightmare to get an appointment or a call back from an e consult. So was wondering if anyone had ever had success with any lotions/creams ect that I could try.
