SEN child wrecking classroom

DD5 is in P1 and doing very well but has an extremely disruptive SEN child in her (mainstream) class. Her class has a TA although she spends all of her time with this child so to be fair, might be his own TA, I'm not sure. He frequently smashes up the classroom, and for the other children's safety they all have to vacate immediately to the dining hall. I believe this is now happening 2 to 3 times a day. Recently during one of these episodes, a child was hit on the head by a flying chair. I know that there will always be disruptive children but at what point does this behaviour become too much and the needs of the rest of the class take priority? Or will my child spend another 6 years in a class where one child causes so much havoc? I understand this must be a very difficult situation for the parent as well to be clear.

Perhaps you should read this thread (taking note of the posts that are actually correct rather than the ones who think the child should just be kicked out) as it will explain the processes. Exchange EHCP for CSP.
