Mobility element of DLA

Hi,

My nearly five year old ASD DD currently receives the care component at the highest rate.

I've just had a claim pack sent to me so I can claim the mobility element from her fifth birthday. Do I have to fill out the whole form again, or just the questions relating to mobility? There's still eighteen months to run on her existing claim

The whole claim will be re-looked at again. Complete the whole form. Some people get a form where you can tick care needs haven’t changed, if you do and care needs haven’t changed you can tick that.

Thanks for that I'll check which form I get after work.

Feels crap having to redo the whole thing!
