How long are tribunals currently taking?

As the title says: has anyone recently submitted an EHCNA appeal and been given a date?

It’s a clear cut case for DD and the LEA absolutely should be assessing her. I’ve recently submitted my own private reports in the hope they will concede quickly. However, the cynic in me thinks the LEA will take full advantage of a tribunal date in a years time. DD is due to move to secondary this year.

Refusal to assess appeals are mostly paper based and taking around 3-4 months. Refusal to issue and content appeals are taking around a year. Phase transfer years and those out of education are prioritised, so you should make SENDIST aware this applies to DD, but the waits are still long and LAs are using the waits to their advantage.
