Asd outcome- sharing with school

Do I need to share the full ASD assessment report with my daughters school or just the salient points?

Can anyone let me know if they shared the full report ? I just don't believe anyone will read it sufficiently to make any difference. Plus there lots of personal info within.

You don’t have to share the report, but sharing a redacted version may help the school support DC better.

I just shared the pages that were relevant not the full thing for the same reason. It was not a problem.
