Playdate - including a disabled sibling

Hello lovelies

I want to invite my 4 yo DCs friend for a play (with parent). Friend has a sibling with disabilities. Think cognitive developmental delays etc rather than physical. Childcare is not typically an issue as they have a relative living with them who regularly cares for sibling eg when other DC has an activity.

My base assumption is I'd usually offer to include both siblings. I've another DC but different age to friend's sibling.

If you have a DC with SEN/disability, what makes it easier for them to be included?

Is there anything that i can avoid eg thar would make it harder work? I just want to be helpful and suggest whatever is easiest.

Is there anything I can offer to do or provide to make it easier for them?

If you want to include the sibling the best thing you can do is speak to their parents and listen. Every DC is different so any suggestions I make may not be helpful or could even be actively unhelpful.
