I have a Petition with over 3,970 signatures so far 💙✊️
10,000 is the amount needed to make the government respond by January.
Having received so much amazing support and hearing so many stories from families in all four nations effected by the #SENDcrisis something simply has to change.
Over 3,970 people with personal experience of seeing an innocent vulnerable child being let down by the government, the department of education and there local authorities.
Parents & carers who are tired of fighting a broken system but will never ever give up defending there amazing children. 💙✊️
I started my petition, hoping to raise awareness of the #SENDcrisis effecting so many vulnerable children and thier families up and down this country.
The incredible response just goes to show the strength of feeling and volume of people effected 💙✊️
Too many children are being failed for this to be ignored.
From diagnosis to education to social care the whole sen system is a total mess and those working within it leave because they simply aren't paid enough.

Ultimately I know there's so many families, children, teaching staff and carers up and down this country experiencing the same issue with special school placements being full it's about how we reach / find them. it's all about raising awareness & organising
