Evening activities

So DD is 10 with ASD & ADHD. We've had to stay in today. She struggles with entertaining herself unless it involves a screen. Screen time is heavily monitored as this can lead to behavioural issues of left unchecked.

So the evening is here and she is bouncing off the walls. Asking to go to the park/ have friends over etc.

I am low on energy. If we go to the park she wants/needs engagement.

Has anyone any sure fire ideas to help burn off this extra energy.

Trampoline, mini indoor one if necessary/preferable? Or indoor swing?

I'd love an indoor swing! Not sure our tiny semi would take it though.

Might swap the paddling pool for a trampoline though!

Look at a southpaw or gorilla gym swing. They don’t take up a huge amount of space.
