Keyworker / TA

Does anybody know whether there is a difference between these titles on an ehcp? (Ks1 primary age)

Is a keyworker another name for TA, or is a keyworker somebody who works more closely with a child/small group of children?

I'm just trying to get it clear in my head before a review what my child's current support level is as I feel like they are trying to prepare me for less because of funding.
