PDA and homeschooling

Those who have resorted to homeschooling their ASD and PDA child. Has it been a positive experience? How have your children responded to it?
We are considering this for our 9 yr old daughter who has massive anxiety at the moment. My main concerns are will the lack of consistent exposure to social settings make her anxiety worse? And could it have a negative impact on the relationship with my daughter being her ‘teacher’ in the context of PDA?
Thanks!

If DD has an EHCP rather than EHE have you considered EOTAS? And if she doesn’t have an EHCP applying for one.

If she really is PDA you won't be her teacher as she'll not do anything you try to get her to do!
Does she have an EHCP - most PDA children would do better with EOTAS.
If you really want to home Ed a PDA child then it needs to be really child led - and likely she'll be her own teacher/use the internet etc quite a lot.
