Fish oils for ADHD?

Does anyone give their DC Omega-3 fish oil to help with ADHD symptoms? Do you think it helps?

If so, how much would you give a 6 year old, and what's the best way to give it that disguises the awful taste?

I can't comment on ADHD symptoms but in terms of nice tasting my 6 year-old DS has been taking Haliborange Omega-3 & multivitamin softies since he was 3 and loves them. They don't taste of fish because the omega-3 in them is from flaxseed oil. Haliborange also do an Omega-3 syrup which does contain fish oil and so it tastes a bit fishy but the taste is somewhat masked by the syrupy flavour.

For ADHD , the omega 3 should be EPA-DHA and these are marine sources, either algae or fish. Flaxseeds, walnuts, and others have ALA .
Algae based EPA-DHA do not have a fishy taste.

Consider sulforaphane as an additional supplement
